Key Objectives and Scope of the Position
Responsible for development, validation, failure analysis of fuel cell function and further development of integration fuel cell modules into vehicles at the HiL and on vehicles
Major Responsibilities and Degree of Influence
responsible for the testing of function modules on the fuel cell control units at the HiL and in the vehicle - Full Responsibility
responsible for failure analysis together with component development and calibration team - Full Responsibility
responsible for developing improvements for function modules based on testing results - Full Responsibility
responsible for first time operation of new SW deliveries at HiL - Full Responsibility
further development of market- and customer specific powertrain functions as input for requirement specification of future projects - Shared Responsibility
establishing and documentation of testmanagement process - Shared Responsibility
responsible for root cause analysis and problem solving of fuel cell system related quality issues at development cars - Full Responsibility
Responsible for function module creation in Matlab simulink - Full Responsibility
responsible for the operation of the HiL including safe operation, planning and performing software and hardware updates on control units - Full Responsibility

QualificationsEducation / Degree:
Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering, software engineering or related
Knowledge / Skills /Competences
•Languages skills: Chinese, English business fluent
•Good knowledge in Microsoft office
•Training for operation of automotive high voltage systems (training can also be performed at company after on-boarding)
•Functional understanding for hybrid functions and electric vehicles
•self-responsible and reliable working attitude and initiative
•analytic and working method, also during work under pressure
•knowledge in function development, simulation and measurement tools (Matlab/Simulink, HiL, INCA)
Experience
•Working experience as engineer in software or function development
•working experience in the automotive development for powertrain or vehicle electronics
•working experience with simulation and measurement systems
•Optional working experience with high voltage systems like HV batteries and E-motors, electric energy
